This chair isn't as comfortable as my other WorkPro but I already anticipated that just do to the price I paid.

Comfortable and firm. I am on the petite side and my husband is larger, we both fit fine and like the firm comfort of the chair.

This is a great chair for long hours, I previously had a task chair....and it was awful! This chair you can customize to yourself which increases the comfort.
